I don't know where else to go. I have talked to a total of 10 reps. I am a new customer, On Thursday 11/13/2008 I had looked into getting cell phone service. I did the auto chat to make sure my credit card would not be charged till after the credit check went thru. The rep told me no it would not be charged. But guess what it was. So I immediately turned around and called and canceled the service. Since that day I have nothing but problems getting my money released off of hold.
