Called them up to open locked car. They used local Seattle number and local name. Asked for quote and was told that it would be $39 for service plus possible $19 fee. When I asked for full amount for this particular car, they started becoming very evasive. Five minutes later I got a call from a number that was restricted for caller id. Gentleman said he would be there in five minutes and it would cost $39. When he arrived in unmarked car I asked for business card or any kind of identification.
