I received a phone call from Byron Bergeron stating he could rent and sell my timeshare. I gave him $1889.00 to sell it. The end of May 2009, I call him and ask him for a copy of the contract as I didn't remember signing anything. He returned my call and told my husband that I had signed the contract, but never sent me a copy of the contract - which I had requested.
