While I was stationed in Germany, I placed an order with MAACS on 29 Nov 07, was charged in full at the time of placing the order, and never received my merchandise. I contacted the company via phone, email, web site, and even sent my father down several times to try to resolve this issue over the past two years. After all of this, I never received any response, merchandise, or my money from this company.
