I purchased a Samsung Delve from an Alltel store which is now a Verizon store in March. I was promised a rebate which I never received. I copied all my receipts, cut out the purchase code and mailed all the information to the addressed noted on the box. Needless to say, after an extended period of time, when I had not received my rebate, I called. The customer service person told me they had no record of my mailings and it was too late to do anything about it. You guessed it, NO rebate. That's not the worst of it.
