The owner of Scuba Tampa and Sunsation Dive Charters was extremely rude and insulting during the dive lessons I purchased from him. He made numerous gender-related insulting comments during the lessons and when I requested a refund he accused me of extortion and threatened civil action against me. He even had a private investigator contact my boyfriend in an attempt to intimidate us.
