Cecil Carter, claims to be trustworthy, but while filing complaints on others he failed to mention that he received nearly $50, 000.00 from Alpha Electronics and only returned $3, 500.00. Not only did he do that but several customers placed large orders for cell phones, only to discover on the delivery date there were no phones. His excuse was the purchase orders were submitted incorrectly, after he had them for several weeks.
