I just cant understand how a company such as Barclays Bank can get away with providing such a poor service to their customers. There is never anyone help or provide any service when you need them, (unless you get lucky to talk with someone who doesnt even live in the UK) I just think its sad that we the public allow this to happen and do nothing to stop these companies from doing what ever they please.
