I have been working through my credit card people to get rid of this unauthorized billing which appeared on my statement beginning in March 2009. Finally, Chase Credit informed me that Shopping Essentials had cancelled my account and would credit my credit card. However, as of this date I have received only (1) one credit of $19.95 and $1.00 (for July)... I am still awaiting credits of $19.95 for March, April, May and June!!
