I requested a cancellation for alarm mornitoring services.The company stated that it will not cancel the services because the contract automaticly renew itself each year without notice.You must also send in a hand written letter 30 days before the contract date.As hard as things are financially companies should be more open to these matters.I know things are hard for companies as well but after being with the same company for years, there should not be a problem with canceling a service. read full review »
