I have posted previously on this website about this compan, bookinhotels.com, and about a very bad experience we had with them back in August 2009. My wife and her friend were left high and dry in the middle of London with no hotel booking despite holding a booking confirmation. To cut a long story short bookinhotels blamed financial problems and offered a refund. Despite making many phonecalls and being promised to give a refund it never materialised.
