Repair work was authorized in March of 2009 by Heritage Warranty Group. Faxed all requested paperwork by Warranty company and never received payment. Called several times and spoke with different customer reps and have been given the same answer...their company is about a year behind on claim payments. This information was not disclosed during the authorization process. Had we known this up front we would have required the customer pay and let the warranty group reimburse her. read full review »
