I took the job from NEW last year, choosing a rather grueling schedule after being told that after three months I could change my schedule. Three months rolled around and I was told I could not, in fact, change my schedule. When my doctor signed off saying that I did, in fact, need a schedule change for health reasons, they still denied the changes, saying they did not feel it was necessary.
