I paid my bill online as I have many times in the past and the website stated that there was an error and the payment failed. I entered the information again and once again, the website indicated that there was an error and the payment failed. I then went online to my bank account and found that the payment came out of my account twice! If you have ever had to try to get a resolution from Time Warner about payment issues, you may as well just end your life. This company has NO customer service.
