I called Amerisave because they advertise a mortgage that only requires a 5% downpayment. Their online system showd me many mortgage options available to me with only a 5% downpayment. I spoke to an Amerisave rep and I specifically asked him three times are you sure a 5% downpayment is possible in Florida and he said yes each time and kept referring to all the mortgage options their website was showing me.
