Upon downloading the Webroot from the internet I received the BLASTER WORM VIRUS. Bfore installing it I did not have a virus. I am asking for a full refund of $68.59 for the 2 year renewal and the CD of $9.45. It is costing me $259.85 to remove the virus and recall the data ruined by this virus.
