My wife and I went up against David Partiel, Jonathan Partiel, their lawyer and independent expert... and won!!! Although they probably still profited after this ordeal because of the 280% mark up between the what we paid and what they paid the subcontractor ($24, 000 and $8, 500), we are happy to announce that we won, they were found at fault, and now we can tell the whole world... including the BBB and all the other places these unscrupulous bastards have somehow managed to keep a 'clean' record.
