I placed an order on line and then imediately changed my mind and cancelled the order. I had a difficult time getting someone on the phone to cancel it, but finally did. They assured me it was cancelled. About 7-10 later, I received a shipment from them via Post Office. I refused the package and it was returned. In the mean time, a charge showed up on my credit card from them for $1.00. I disputed it and it was credited by the card company.
