Met with sales and was waiting for my vehicle to come in and rebate to start on 09 Optima. Rep sent me email detailing transaction, which I replied to, and they confirmed. When I arrived at the dealership after 40 minutes found that the monthly cost was $100 more than quoted and confirmed. He said he made a mistake. There is also no easy way to get in touch with Kia about this type of misrepresentation. read full review »
