This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. They charged us $4.95 for shipping. You had 14 days from date of shipment to cancel. Of course, they charged an additional $89.00 on the 15th day. On 7/13, they deducted another $93.95. I called them today, I can only return one and they will reverse charges of $93.95. Out of luck on the $89.00.
