So I was irresponsible and over drafted onto my chase account. Which I have happened to do almost every month for quite some time now. I would always receive a "Service Fee" Of whatever amount was left in my account ($10 or Less) each month around the middle of the month. I would never get a notification of this fee, or a something saying "Hey, were going to take $10 from you like it or not, Hope you don't mind".
