These people did 3 unauthorized charges to my CC. I don't know know how they even got my CC info. The total is $77.45. I called yesterday to tell them I wanted a credit immediately and that I would turn them in to the BBB. They don't even speak English that well. I'm frustrated that they can do this. I can't afford to have money taken out that I didn't authorize. These people are somehow taking advantage of us. They told me I would have a credit for part of it.
