I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress from Metro Mattress and developed a severe allergic reaction. They refused to allow me to talk to customer service, promised someone would get back to me several times and never did. If you are going to buy a very expensive mattress buy it from the parent company and not this chain. There customer service is non existent and they dont tell you what can happen from the smell and chemicals in this mattress. Beware! read full review »
