DiercTV advertises special deals for new customers than requires the customer to send in a rebate form in order to get the special deal. They say the rebate form will be mailed with the first statement. I, however, did not recieved the rebate form with my first statement. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they would take care of it by phone. My next statement arrived, and no special deal and no rebate form.
