I have AT&T debit my checking account every month for my phone bill. I do not check it every month because it should be about 60.00 per month. I decided to look at March Bill and notices I was charged an additional 20 per month in dec, jab and feb. I called at&t and they said Universal call plan inc was charging the extra 20.00. I called Universal Call Plan, Inc and asked them who authorized them to be on my phone bill. They said I signed up for it on the internet.
