My husband checked in to the Econolodge 1/3/2009 at 9:30 pm checked out the next a.m at 5:30. We received 2 seperate charges on the 3rd and again on the 8th. The desk clerk who can barely manage English can not find us in the computer when she finally does says yes, yes you stay 2 nights. I say don't be silly of course we didn't an error has been made, now I'm still fully expecting my refund an an apology-not so fast I am not even permitted to speak to the owner/manager Saeed so I call the corporate office to complain.
