Purchased an Acer Aspire 1 from Outlet PC. Used my paypal credit card. When i got the netbook i realized that it was defective. Netbook would not boot up correctly and would not connect to internet even when i jacked it directly into the modem. I called Outlet PC. They do not have a customer service department so i spoke to sales. I was told to send an email and i would get an RMA number.
