I called costumer service and I had to hold at least two hours and a half. Since I didn't get any response, I went to my local valley and asked to speak to RITA ROJAS, the manager at the Rogers Park branch in Chicago Il. She was very rude to me and didn't even look at me when I was speaking to her, basically, she ignored me. I didn't expect to receive such a response from a professional. My point here is that I'm not begging for anything, I'm paying for a service and I have the right to receive a fair treatment. read full review »
