I ordered a free trial of Nature Cleanse for $5.95, with the understanding that if I liked the product, I could order refills at the regular price. Then, a charge of $93.95 appeared on my bank statement which was placed there without my approval or knowledge. I also received another bottle of Nature Cleanse, which I did NOT order. Bank of America is checking into this, but doesn't sound very hopeful. Is there anything else I can do about this? Thank you. Please feel free to call me, if necessary.
