I have called customer service three times (three consecutive months) to cancel my order. I have been told twice that they are unable to cancel because my information is in the OLD system and they do not have access to it. They have no problems continuing to ship product to me from the OLD system, but they will NOT cancel the orders or take returns. In July I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available and it would be at least 72 hours before I would get a call back. I'm still waiting for that call back! Their customer service rep. (Richard) threatened me with addition charges if I cancelled my credit card payments. read full review »
