I have been trying unsuccessfully to get the $39.99 late fee removed from my account and I have had similar experiences to everyone else whose complaints I've read. This is ridiculous. I will now write to Mr. Hanick at his home address, fully aware that I will not receive a response. I'd like to hear about the experiences of those who tried writing to Kally Hanick at his home.
