Ultra Imaging Security of Santa Anna California is a rip off. Bottom-line up front, they provided me with a worthless system with no hard drive and then refused to refund my account after returning it to them. At first they appeared to be a positive company. I ordered a Web based DVR security system for $599.00 by calling their 1800-862-7878. It was a 160 GB DVR with 4 cameras.
