This complaint is directed towards Virtual Lending's division "Loan Mod Calls" www.loanmodcalls.com for not providing service invoiced to me. I contacted Hal Austin, Senior VP of Sales to purchase live transfer leads. I have the invoice stating 3 inbound live call transfers per day for a total of 17 transfers for $500.
