Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour. I've spent over 4 hours making calls to them to resolve and issue. Repeated e-mails have gone unanswered. If you get hurt and need to contact them, forget about it. The only thing that works is the automated number that takes your money. They're ridiculous and deserve to go bankrupt.
