My x husband and I are fighting against GMAC. We understand our home is in foreclosure at this time and have had flood damage on the home during this time. We filed a claim to get the flood damage taken care of. During this time we received a contract on our home to short sell and now we cant finish the repairs and sell the home. In the process GMAC told us we would be able to get more money once work had been started. We ended up firing our 1st contractor due to hiding mold issues that had popped up.
