I have been a customer of thinkhost since 2002. the last year they have changed from a company that provided good customer service to one that just does not care about their customers at all. This last 6 weeks i have had my website, email, hosting account down 9 times. Each time i contacted them and they claim they are working on the problem. No results no answers and nothing changes.
