Well where do I start...I first came upone this little cute store walking down Crosby Street in NYC. I thought it was nice and a new place to go for office products. First incident was I purchased something my mate did not like it so I returned it, besides getting some nasty look from the male cashier I was given a store credit. I misplaced the receipt and even though I purchased it from the same cashier that yesterday afternoon I could not get credit back.
