I bought a boxed set of Thank You cards, & went back to return them. I knew there were 10 cards and 10 envelopes in the box when I went there. The owner counted the cards, & said there were only 9, & he wouldn't give me a refund unless there were 10. I repeatedly told him I never used a card & didn't know how there were only 9. Some words were exchanged & I left the store. It didn't dawn on me until I got outside, that he must have hidden 1 of the cards when I wasn't looking. It was a good way to ensure that I'd never get the refund. read full review »
