When I signed up for coffee direct I thought I would get coffee every 2 weeks (its in their terms). I received coffee every 2 days and my account was charged 38.95 every 2 days!!! I canceled my membership on June 11, its now Aug 12 still no refund!! I have tried talking to a manager there is never one available, have been hung up on repeatedly by their representatives!
