I have attempted several times to receive a response so that I can return the product that I do not want and that has Not been opened and cannot receive a response. This is not right as they charged me $88.00 for this product that I did not even use. As far as the original supposed free trial...I sent this back "Return to sender' as soon as I received it and of course the company states that they never received it which is basically impossible since it was still in THEIR package.
