I purchased a cell phone on e-bay through tessie's toys with a 1 year warranty. i have had the phone since 6/11/09 (today is 8/12/09) and all of a sudden the key pad stopped working. i cant use or even turn my phone on. I have tryed to contact tessie's toys through e-mail, to use my warranty and repair my phone. I have not recieved a responce, and still have a phone that dose not work. read full review »
