Finally again today he showed up and replaced what appeared to be the entire back of the TV. Well, needless to say, again it did not work. Now he says he has to order another part. This is crazy, I have been almost 1 month with NO TV. It's only 8 months old for crying out loud. I assume they charged Samsung for this wasted part also. Now, lets think about this, what is geek squad doing exactly, training their repair men with my time and loss of TV and Samsung's money?
