Received a letter from American Express today that said they will be changing my fixed APR to a varible APR and to expect my payments to be more. They are doing this because of the state of the economy. They are full of it. Like others on this site they have first lowered my credit line with a bogus reason. Now this. I will definately pay off my balance asap, cancel the card and never do business with them again. They didn't even say what the rate will be or what it is based on. They suck. read full review »
