I placed an order 3 days ago and tried to contact them and have called several times to their toll free number only to be told that I have to leave a message. I have emaild both sales and customer service and have not received a respons from either. I have also tried "live chat" they have available but no one was "live" to chat with. Although it has only been a few days, I would think that they would have been able to answer their phones, respond to an email and/or "live chat."
