Roofing Business Brokers sold our roofing company in Dallas. The storms have really boosted our revenue and we were able to grow the business well. We got 2 offers. The first one was a little lower than we wanted, but we got a 2nd one about a week later so we were able to compare the 2. We ended up taking the 2nd offer which was about 10% less than our asking price. Very satisfied with everything that Roofing Business Brokers did. US Business Brokers
We had a powersports dealership in St Louis. We sold major branded equipment. Due to the nature of the business, the inventory was kind of high, but we still turned it over 6-7 times per year. US Business Brokers was able to advertise our business blindly so our employees or customers never found out. They don't put out a sign or anything. Everything is confidential. We got an offer in about 4 months. Took another 3 months to close. We got about 94% of our asking price so that was pretty good. Glad we can retire now. read full review »
Bloomington Garage Floors
We just built a new home. The contractor had put tarps on our concrete floor in our garage to help it cure, but it stained the concrete so it just looked like it was dirty no matter how much we tried to clean it. We closed on Thursday and had Bloomington Garage Floors come in on Friday. They finished it on Saturday. I was dry on Sunday which was good because we started moving in on Monday. We got the black and white flake color. Looks great. Highly recommend them. read full review »

South Bend Business Brokers sold our manufacturing company for us. They interviewed us to understand as much as they could about our business and advertised so that no one knew it was us. They brought in 3 prospects over the course of 2 months and the 3rd person made an offer. It took about 2 months after the bank approved the loan to close it. Indianapolis Business Brokers
I had a flooring company. We sold carpet, laminate, LVP and tile floors. We had it listed with another major business broker, but they did almost nothing. They just listed it on the internet and never followed up. When the term was over, we listed it with Indianapolis Business Brokers. They brought several potential buyers that didn't work out, or turned out to not be interested. Finally, we got one that stuck. We just closed. IBB got us a full price offer. Fishers Garage Floors
We got a new epoxy garage floor coating from Fishers Garage Floors. They were $1200 cheaper than the competitor. They ground the floor and cleaned everything up before coating. It is super clean and looks awesome. I highly recommend them. read full review »
Modern Roof of Sullivan
We had 3 tab shingles on our home. The recent storm caused some wind damage and we were missing shingles. Our insurance paid out so we were able to get a new roof for just the cost of our deductible. Modern Roof put a new laminated shingle roof on. We upgraded to a Class 4 shingle for not much more money out of pocket. It looks great. read full review »

Terre Haute Garage Floors
Terre Haute <a href="http://www.terrehautegaragefloors.com/">Garage Floors</a> located in Terre Haute, IN, did or sunroom. We had adhesive on it from the outdoor carpet that we removed. They removed the old adhesive and installed their floor system. It looks fantastic. read full review »
