Lousy Jobs and no after sale services: We were so happy to purchase a new home from Century Grove Home a year ago. Before closing and after the PDI done, some jobs were still left behind. Our hardwood floor was damaged by the contractors. Because that was damage after the PDI, so the site supervisor said we still can put that in the 30 day form. But when we do it on the 30 day form, now the builder said not going to repair the floor damage for us due to we didn't put that in the PDI initially. It could be damage by us.
