I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase. After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. The cracks would make it impossible to put the bookcase together. The panels will need to be replaced. I saw on the Assembly Instructions booklet that I am to contact Linon Customer Service prior to returning the item to the store.
