The Jewelry Factory / Jewelry Exchange has a NO REFUND policy for any reason at all. BEWARE! You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! There is nothing you can do about it because of their no refund policy. They will exchange it for another diamond, but double charge you for the labor and mounting costs. They try to hide the fact that they dont do refunds because lets face it, who in their right mind would buy ANYTHING knowing that under no circumstances can they get their money back. read full review »
