Here was my experience moving cross country with this second-rate company: 1. At the pickup, the foreman (head mover) did not have a copy of my estimate. He had no indication whatsoever of what my items were and what the office had estimated until I showed him my paperwork. 2. After loading, the foreman gave me a total cost that was 700 dollars higher than the estimate generated over the phone.
