I purchased a movie from HMS Movie online for $6.23. I recieved it with in 6 days. Then when my credit card bill came they charged me the $6.23 plus another charge of $19.95. I called and complained. They said I sign up for a movie membership. I said I did not and their website must have automaticly enrolled me in this membership with out my permission. He them told me the time period to cancel my membership is up and I had to pay the $19.95. It had only been 2 weeks since I purchased the movie????
